Spring Break Turtles Group Hike – Valley Mill Camper Forms

On Tuesday morning, the Turtles group will gather at Valley Mill at 9:00am per usual, and then load up in our van for a field trip! We will hike a short section of the Billy Goat Trail (Section C) by the Potomac River beginning and ending at Carderock Recreation Area. Campers will have the opportunity to scramble up and down on the rocks, hop over creeks etc. and then we will find a spot by the river to eat lunch. The children will leave Valley Mill around 10:00am and return to camp around 1:30pm. We will resume regular camp activities upon return.
What to Bring:
Hiking shoes, Back Pack, Water Bottle, Lunch, Snacks Sunscreen, Hat .
