Adventure Camp- Thursday 7/17

Trap Pond (Camping)

Once everyone has arrived at camp we will pack everything into the van. When we drive to Trap Pond we will make a couple stops to pick up food for the trip, bathrooms, and snacks. Once we arrive we will set up tents and the campsite and depending on how much time is left we will do more swimming, hiking, and sightseeing before cooking dinner and ending the night.

Please be mindful of the amount you pack as we have limited space in the Vehicle

What to pack:

SUNBLOCK & Bugspray

2 Lunches ( will not be refrigerated )

Sleeping bag

Sleeping pad

Pillow

Tent – please discuss if your camper will be sharing with another camper – contact Paul with questions.

Personal Hygiene Items

Towel

Bathing suit

Sandals

Hiking Shoes 

Hat

Chair

Refillable water bottle 

Headlamp/flashlight

Warm clothes !!! Hoodie/pants (it can get cold at night)

Clothes appropriate for the weather

Friday 7/18

Trap Pond (Camping)

In the Morning we will make breakfast and pack up camp. If we have time (depending how fast breakfast and packing up goes) we will do some fun activities. Campers should be back at Valley Mill in time to catch their bus home. We will make minimal rest stops on the way back for bathrooms and possibly snacks.
